Job Duties:

• Handle various legal matters pertaining to real estate transactions and probate law.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their rights and obligations.
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, deeds, wills, and estate planning documents.
• Represent clients in real estate closings, probate court proceedings, and other legal proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Ohio State Bar.
• Interest in real estate and probate law preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:
