The candidate will, directly and indirectly, contribute to the financial success of the firm. Deliver excellent customer service and quick follow-up to internal and external clients. Prepare correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents. Monitor routine to complex corporate legal matters to formulate the next course of action and ensure deadlines are maintained. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations and provide authoritative legal advice for individuals and businesses. Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Provide appropriate mentoring and serve as a resource for less experienced junior associates. Engage in business development, amplifying firm services to prospective and new clients on an ongoing basis.
