Duties:

• Represent corporate and individual clients in complex commercial disputes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.
• Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining documents and evidence.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding litigation matters.
• Assist with settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.
• 4-6 years of experience practicing law with a focus on litigation.
• Proven track record of representing clients in complex commercial disputes.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
