A law firm is seeking a Cyber, Privacy, And Data Associate Attorney to join their San Francisco, CA team. The successful candidate will be pivotal in advising and representing clients on all cybersecurity and incident response matters.

Job Overview:

• Advise and represent clients on cybersecurity and incident response matters.
• Navigate the complex landscape of cyber threats and data protection regulations.
• Provide creative solutions to legal challenges in cybersecurity and data privacy.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on cybersecurity and incident response strategies.
• Assist in drafting and negotiating cybersecurity-related agreements and policies.
• Conduct legal research on cybersecurity and data privacy laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in litigation and regulatory matters related to cybersecurity incidents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop comprehensive cybersecurity strategies.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and incident response.
• Membership to the CA State Bar.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Outstanding oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Membership to the CA State Bar.

Skills:
