Job Overview:

  • Advise and represent clients on cybersecurity and incident response matters.
  • Navigate the complex landscape of cyber threats and data protection regulations.
  • Provide creative solutions to legal challenges in cybersecurity and data privacy.

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on cybersecurity and incident response strategies.

Requirements:

  • Membership to the CA State Bar.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Membership to the CA State Bar.
