A law firm in Chicago is seeking a Junior to Mid-level Finance Projects and Infrastructure Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to contribute to its dynamic team. The candidate will be involved in diverse finance, projects, and infrastructure matters.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal support in finance, projects, and infrastructure matters.
  • Draft and negotiate project finance agreements, infrastructure development contracts, and related documents.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address legal issues in various projects.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry regulations and trends.
  • Assist in due diligence processes for project financing and infrastructure transactions.
  • Support senior attorneys in managing client relationships and project timelines.
  • Handle transactional matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.


Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of legal experience in finance, projects, or infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of project finance agreements and infrastructure development contracts.
  • Experience in due diligence processes for project financing transactions.
  • Admission to the Bar.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree.

 

Certifications:

Any relevant certifications related to finance, projects, or infrastructure are advantageous.
