A law firm in King of Prussia, PA is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-6 years of civil litigation experience. The successful candidate will handle a variety of civil litigation matters under the guidance of senior attorneys.

Job Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on civil litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
• Assist with case investigation, discovery, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
• Attend client meetings and provide legal advice and counsel
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and management
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and records
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Pennsylvania
• 2-6 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Pennsylvania
