Job Overview: A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Real Estate Transactions And Finance Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set, including acquisitions, dispositions, exchanges, ground leasing, commercial leasing, financing, construction, development, joint ventures, secured loans, and workouts.

Duties:

• Negotiate and draft closing purchase and sale agreements, commercial and ground leases, subleases, development agreements, construction contracts, property management agreements, and other real estate transaction documents.
• Provide expertise in joint venture and project finance, focusing on optimizing financial outcomes.
• Conduct thorough research related to real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Manage diverse projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of real estate transaction experience.
• Bar membership in good standing in CA.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar membership in good standing in CA.
