A law firm in Rockford is seeking a dedicated Attorney with 0-10 years of medical malpractice defense experience. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Provide legal representation to clients in medical malpractice defense cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong case strategies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Attend court proceedings and effectively advocate for clients.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and experts to build a comprehensive defense.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of relevant experience in medical malpractice defense.
