  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as government agencies and environmental organizations, to advocate for clients' interests and negotiate favorable outcomes.
  • Stay updated on developments in environmental law and regulations, advising clients on potential impacts and strategies to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of prior work experience in environmental law, with demonstrated expertise in regulatory counseling and litigation.
  • Previous experience in the environmental field, such as industry, government, or non-profit work, is preferred.
  • Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive documents.
  • Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Current license to practice law in CA or eligibility to obtain one.

Education:
