Duties:

• Conduct legal research on labor and employment issues, statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in depositions, administrative hearings, and court proceedings.
• Assist in trial preparation and serve as second chair during trials.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases and projects.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience practicing labor and employment law, preferably in California.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and research abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with deposition taking and trial support.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California State Bar membership.
