Job Overview: A law firm specializing in Corporate - Capital Markets and Public Companies practice is seeking a Mid-level Associate Attorney with extensive experience in advising publicly traded companies on securities offerings, federal securities laws, stock exchange regulations, Sarbanes Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act compliance, and corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and prior experience in a large law firm.

Job Details:

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel to publicly traded companies on securities offerings (debt and equity).
• Advise on federal securities laws, stock exchange regulations, Sarbanes Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act compliance matters, and corporate governance issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience relevant to advising publicly traded companies.
• Membership in the New York Bar is desired.
• Strong background in securities offerings, federal securities laws, and corporate governance matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• New York Bar membership (desired).
