  • Strong interest in or experience working with life sciences companies.
  • Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Relevant Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
