A law firm in Sunny Isles Beach, FL, is seeking a Corporate Attorney to provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on matters related to corporate law, including corporate governance, transactions, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to protect clients from legal risks while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Job Duties:

• Oversee support staff, paralegals, and outside lawyers hired to assist in corporate legal matters.
• Investigate the legal risk and legal rights of various company structures, such as corporations, joint ventures, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies, and provide recommendations to clients.
• Execute, negotiate, create, and modify business deals on behalf of clients, ensuring legal compliance and protection of their interests.
• Guide clients in adhering to best practices in corporate law regulation compliance, offering legal advice on matters including corporate governance, policies, procedures, finances, intellectual property, employment, operations, and regulatory issues.
• Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation to protect clients from legal risks and regulatory violations in all business transactions.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge and understanding of corporate law, tax law, and securities law to advise clients effectively.
• Utilize superior negotiation, analytical, and communication skills to represent clients' interests and achieve favorable outcomes in legal matters.

Job Requirements:

• A four-year bachelor's degree.
• A three-year law degree from an accredited law school.
• Possession of a license to practice law and being a member in good standing of the State Bar Association.
• 3-5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, which may include experience as in-house counsel for a corporation or as a staff attorney or associate attorney for a corporate law firm.
