Job Overview: A law firm in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Supply Chain/Commercial Contracts Associate Attorney. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects and priorities, develop relationships with colleagues and clients, and utilize relevant experience in supply chain and commercial contracts.

Duties:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including supply and distribution agreements, equipment purchase/sale agreements, and professional services agreements.
• Managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Providing exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Requirements:

• Ideally, 2 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly in supply chain and commercial transactions.
• Strong analytical, writing, communications, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Large law firm experience preferred.
• Top academic credentials required.

Education & Certifications:

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.
• An active member of the Illinois Bar in good standing.
