A law firm in Miami is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 6+ years of experience. Ideal candidates will have experience in estate planning and tax, along with the capability to manage matters from start to finish. Florida Bar admission is required.

 

Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive estate planning services to clients, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
  • Advise clients on tax implications and strategies related to estate planning.
  • Draft and review complex estate planning documents.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely communication and updates.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals on estate planning matters.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Florida.
  • 6+ years of experience in estate planning.
  • Strong understanding of tax law as it relates to estate planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred Education, Certifications, and Skills:
  • Advanced degree in tax law or related field (. in Taxation).
  • Experience with high net worth individuals and complex estate planning structures.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client matters simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
