Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and oversee cybersecurity compliance programs
• Provide strategic guidance on emerging products and services
• Drive compliance efforts related to third parties
• Partner with cybersecurity professionals to provide legal guidance
• Design and implement creative solutions to complex challenges

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to at least one state bar
• 7+ years as a practicing attorney with relevant experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Solution-oriented attitude with a bias for action
• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity regulations and standards
• Prior experience in cybersecurity, privacy, or technology law
• Passion for mitigating risk in the telecommunications and technology industries
• Ability to influence decision-makers and guide solutions
