  • 3-5 years of large law firm or related federal and New York State litigation experience.
  • Experience in commercial litigation and internet/intellectual property law.
  • Some experience in general corporate work or IP licensing is a plus.
  • Law review or journal experience is preferred.
  • Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
