Planned community and condominium experience is a plus. The successful candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Duties:

• Manage a variety of real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisition, disposition, and property development.
• Draft and negotiate complex documents related to real estate transactions.
• Provide legal counsel on planned community and condominium matters.
• Analyze legal issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Stay informed about relevant real estate laws and regulations.
• Conduct due diligence and title examinations.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) with licensure in Pennsylvania.
• 4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience.
• Planned community and condominium experience (preferred).

Education:
