The candidate will be responsible for handling complex commercial and business litigation cases and should possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field.

Duties:

• Represent clients in business litigation matters, including contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, and other commercial disputes.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and document review to build a strong case strategy.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other legal correspondence.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as necessary.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to provide legal counsel and guidance to clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.

Requirements:

• Bar admission in both California and Texas.
• 1-3 years of relevant business litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Current and active bar membership in both California and Texas.

Certifications:

• State Bar of California admission.
• State Bar of Texas admission.
