Fresno office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks trusts and estates litigation attorney with 3 years of quality experience in trust and estate litigation or civil litigation with strong interest in trust and estate litigation. The candidate will assist in the representation of fiduciaries, beneficiaries and nonprofit organizations in contested trust, estate, conservatorship, and elder abuse matters. Should preferably have overall case management experience, including written discovery, depositions, drafting motions and participating in court proceedings. California Bar membership is required.
