The successful candidate will contribute their knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence to provide effective legal representation for clients.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediation.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar.
• Proven experience in drafting and responding to motions.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
