  • Prepare and draft various legal documents on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulations governing bankruptcy cases.

Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney with 0-5 years of experience in bankruptcy law.
  • Admitted to the Illinois State Bar (or eligible for admission).
  • Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws and regulations.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
