As a Counsel for Contracts at Wells Fargo, you will have the opportunity to draft and negotiate a wide variety of agreements while providing advice and guidance to internal clients on legal matters. In this role, you will also have the chance to participate in initiatives, represent the company in negotiations, and provide leadership and direction on internal projects. Minimum Salary: $90,000 per year
Maximum Salary: $150,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate various agreements in collaboration with partners, clients, and colleagues
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal clients on a range of matters
- Review and analyze complex challenges and make recommendations for resolution
- Participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Represent the company in negotiations and settlement discussions
- Support the work of more experienced counsel and professional staff on complex matters
- Provide leadership and direction on internal projects
- Advise on the impact of policy, legal, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders
- Partner with business leaders and management to implement risk management programs

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of law experience or equivalent
- Active state bar membership or equivalent in a country outside the United States
- Experience negotiating and drafting contracts for telecommunications, marketing, advertising, and consulting
- Familiarity with third party risk management and related regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple matters effectively

Salary Information:
- Minimum salary of $90,000 per year
- Maximum salary of $150,000 per year
