The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the firm's intellectual property litigation practice, contributing to cases from pre-filing investigations through appeals. The position involves managing various aspects of IP litigation, including pre-suit due diligence investigations, complex discovery, discovery negotiations, motions and hearings, depositions, and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Job Details:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.

• Education: An undergraduate degree or an advanced degree in a technological or scientific field is preferred.

• Responsibilities:

  • Grow litigation skills in all stages of IP litigation.
  • Conduct pre-suit due diligence investigations.
  • Manage complex discovery, including negotiations.
  • Handle motions and hearings effectively.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, pre- and post-trial briefings, and appellate briefs.

• Requirements:

  • Very strong academic record.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and writing skills.
