A law firm in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking an experienced Domestic/Civil Litigation Lead Attorney to play a pivotal role in serving as a community ambassador, leading onsite operations, and spearheading the firm's Perfect Client Lifecycle development program. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in family or criminal law, a superior work ethic, and a strong desire to build a lifelong career in the legal profession.

Duties:

  • Serve as a community ambassador, representing the firm in the local community.
  • Bill at least 20 hours per week (approximately 1040 hours/annually).
  • Sell firm services to prospective clients for at least 5 hours per week.
  • Manage client collection rate, ensuring it remains above 75% weekly.
  • Collaborate with the in-house financial team to forecast client billings weekly.
  • Lead onsite operations, including hiring, daily workflow management, and attorney development.
  • Provide representation of clients in court and through legal proceedings.
  • Lead and evolve the firm's Perfect Client Lifecycle development program.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (barred in other states is a plus).
  • A wealth of experience in family or criminal law.
  • Experience in litigating domestic and civil cases preferred.
  • Superior work ethic with a desire to succeed and build a career in the legal profession.
  • Knowledgeable in family law areas.
  • Adept at drafting legal documents.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
