Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on matters related to antitrust and class action defense litigation.
  • Draft and prepare various legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and assist in case management.
  • Manage the discovery process, including document review, production, and responses.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.
  • Maintain organized and accurate case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties involved in the litigation process.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity or examination.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in antitrust and class action defense litigation.
  • Preferred significant experience with Federal Court litigation.
  • Strong academic background with coursework relevant to litigation practice.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the New Jersey Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity or examination.

 

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research methodologies and resources.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft persuasive legal documents.
