  • Simultaneously handles high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters at different stages, from inception to conclusion.

  • Works independently, showing a strong interest in advancing a career in CSG (Corporate, Securities, and Governance).
  • Produces quality legal work and meets billing requirements to ensure excellent client services.
  • Manages and generates business through group and individual efforts.
  • Makes decisions on client matters with little supervision, showcasing a high level of autonomy.
  • Possesses strong, professional written and oral communication skills for internal and external clients.

  • Substantial experience in drafting, reviewing motions, and court filings.
  • Preferred: 5-8 years of experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm.
