Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Provide legal counsel and support to clients throughout the M&A process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments in insurance and M&A law.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of legal experience in mergers, acquisitions, and transactional matters.
• Preferably, prior experience in the insurance industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions concurrently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and produce top-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
