Position Summary:
The Tax Senior - Real Estate Tax will work within an engagement team to provide tax compliance and consulting services to investment management clients. They will have a solid understanding of partnership allocation methodologies, Subchapter K, and the tax compliance process for real estate funds. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in tax planning or preparing tax returns and a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field. Active accreditation such as CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, CFA, or CFP is preferred. The Tax Senior will work in a hybrid model with in-person co-location 2-3 days per week and may travel up to 25% based on work and clients. Advanced degree and experience in virtual/global environment, technology, and accounting for income taxes is preferred. The salary range for this role is $68,180 to $144,300, with potential for an annual incentive program.
