Salary Information:

- Tax IC3 role: typical base pay range of USD $72,800 - $144,000 per year, with a different range for specific work locations such as San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area (USD $95,100 - $157,900 per year)
- Certain roles may be eligible for additional benefits and compensation, details can be found on Microsoft's careers website

Responsibilities:

- Analyze tax metrics and registrations, develop and streamline processes for compliance, and analyze business and legislative rules
- Evaluate and document tax requirements related to changes in tax laws
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of tax reporting through analysis of tax GL, reconciliations, and data
- Provide support for internal and external compliance inquiries and partner with stakeholders for monthly reporting
- Collaborate with audit team and tax technology team for improvements in tax reporting
