  • Strong attention to detail, and organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Good business and strategic judgment.
  • Prior large firm experience working with private equity sponsors.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar.

Certifications:

  • Certification in mergers and acquisitions or related field (preferred).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating various legal documents.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
