**Compensation**

The annualized base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000; attorneys will typically receive a year-end bonus as well. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance with an optional HSA, long term disability, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, health and dependent care cafeteria accounts, 401(k) and profit-sharing retirement contributions, paid time-off, 10 paid holidays each year, and an expanded employee assistance and mental health program. For full-time staff employees, the initial paid time off benefit is 150 hours per year. Attorneys typically take three to four weeks of paid time-off per year, which may vary depending on the needs of the clients and the firm.
