**Law Firm Seeks Associate Attorney For Real Estate And Capital Markets Group** Law firm, McNaul Ebel Nawrot & Helgren, PLLC is looking to add an associate attorney to its Real Estate and Capital Markets Group. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm and be licensed to practice law in the state of Washington. Applicants must: - Reside in the state of Washington - Have an exemplary academic background - Be highly motivated - Possess outstanding communication skills - Possess a positive attitude Applicants should submit a letter of application, resume, law school transcript and writing sample to Susan Little, Director of Human Resources, 600 University St., Suite 2700, Seattle, WA 98101, or . **Compensation** The annualized base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000; attorneys will typically receive a year-end bonus as well. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance with an optional HSA, long term disability, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, health and dependent care cafeteria accounts, 401(k) and profit-sharing retirement contributions, paid time-off, 10 paid holidays each year, and an expanded employee assistance and mental health program. For full-time staff employees, the initial paid time off benefit is 150 hours per year.
