## Internship Program at the New Jersey Division of Law The New Jersey Division of Law offers law students the opportunity to serve an internship during their Fall or Spring Semesters or during their Summer breaks. This internship program provides law students with an opportunity to perform a full range of law clerk responsibilities, including research and writing, and observe a wide range of lawyering activity. ### Benefits of the Internship Program The Internship Program at the New Jersey Division of Law provides law students with a range of benefits, including: * Supervision by a Deputy Attorney General * Opportunity to attend court proceedings, meetings with clients, depositions and other special events * Eligibility to participate in training sessions offered to Deputy Attorneys General throughout the year * Experience working in a legal setting ### Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for the Internship Program at the New Jersey Division of Law, applicants must: * Be currently enrolled in an accredited law school * Submit an Internship Application, resume, legal writing sample and most recent grade report ### Salary Information Interns accepted into the program will receive a stipend of $300 per week. ### How to Apply If you are a law student and would like to be considered for a position in the program, please submit the Internship Application, resume, legal writing sample and your most recent grade report to the appropriate recruiter listed below.
