  • Comply with all firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.
  • Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Experience conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court is preferred.
  • Candidates with experience handling multi-district litigation are a plus.
  • Trial experience is desirable.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
