Job Overview: The Litigation Associate Attorney will assist with all aspects of litigation matters, including case management, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, attending court hearings, and participating in trials. Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience practicing law, focusing on litigation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
  • Federal Court experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A New York Bar license is required.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
