Legal Business Associate - Senior: Tax Legal Business Services

Position Summary:
- Exciting opportunity to join a growing team and help position Deloitte as a leader in legal technology
- Utilize technology to transform legal functions and improve processes for clients
- Work with a team to optimize tax and legal processes and implement automation and innovative solutions

What You'll Do:
- Interact with clients and Deloitte project leadership
- Streamline tax and legal processes for clients using technology
- Develop and leverage automation and innovative solutions
- Provide training and support for software and processes
- Assist with project management tasks
- Understand and articulate Deloitte's overall practice and maintain relationships with clients
- Participate in the development of team members
- Contribute to business development and pursuit teams

The Team:
- Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) practice helps clients streamline and improve their tax function through technology
- Team specializes in tax and offers a combination of skills and experience to help clients successfully implement ERP systems

Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, co-locating with team members 2-3 days per week
- 3+ years of experience in legal and/or technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with contract lifecycle management software, document extraction tools, data wrangling tools, and visualization/BI tools
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- One of the following accreditations: CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, procurement/legal procurement, SAS certified data scientist, paralegal certification, Six Sigma, MCSD, CSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, DocuSign, iCertis, Onit, Conga CLM, Agiloft, Sirion Labs, Kira, Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer Passport, Mitratech Team Connect, TAP

Wage Range:
- Wide range of factors considered for compensation decisions
- Range estimate: $80,920 to $184,210
