Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for United Leasing, Inc. and affiliate business units
- Manage legal cases and work with outside law firms
- Review and summarize contracts and agreements
- Assist in lending and leasing compliance reviews
- Prepare legal correspondence and negotiate terms and conditions with outside parties
- Conduct legal research and refer cases to counsel as needed
- Assist with corporate governance and filing annual and biennial reports
- Review legal invoices and assist with workout of distressed accounts
- Prepare reports and communicate with individuals involved in legal processes
- Continuously improve processes and participate in training opportunities

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Bar membership in good standing and ability to be licensed in the State of Indiana
- 2+ years of legal experience in financing, collections, transactions, real estate, and/or contract review
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
