Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts including software license agreements, SOWs, NDAs, SaaS agreements, and purchase agreements.
- Provide legal support for transactions in North America.
- Represent the company's position on contract issues during customer negotiation calls.
- Analyze and interpret complex provisions in contracts and collaborate with business group stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales and engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of legal experience in a software company.
- Experience with complex contract and/or licensing agreements.

- Licensed to practice law in California preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Base salary range of $132,000 - $198,000, with potential for annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
