Job Title: Real Estate Associate
Location: Denver, CO (Remote options available)
Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 annually (depending on experience)

Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC, a leading law firm in Denver, is looking for a talented and experienced real estate associate to join our real estate practice group. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of real estate matters, including buying and selling, leasing, financing, and development. We are seeking someone with at least two years of relevant experience and a strong passion for real estate law.

Responsibilities:
- Negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
- Conducting substantive title reviews and analysis
- Providing research and drafting support on various real estate projects
- Advising clients on a range of real estate issues

Requirements:

- Desire to work on complex and challenging real estate matters
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
