Duties:

• Research and analyze ethical rules and related legal questions.
• Review and edit agreements with clients and third parties.
• Draft and enforce firm policies and protocols.
• Assess and advise on client and business conflicts.
• Respond to discovery requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with potential claims and litigation matters.
• Contribute to creating training materials and delivering presentations.
• Handle a variety of tasks with significant responsibility.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Familiarity with ethics rules and legal compliance.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
• High level of academic achievement.
