The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of substantive patent experience and will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patent analyses, and handling various IP matters in the life sciences related to cutting-edge technologies. The Patent Agent (Biological Sciences) will play a key role in patent prosecution and other IP matters in the life sciences domain, focusing on cutting-edge technologies such as gene editing, cellular therapies, antibody-based therapeutics, and molecular diagnostics. The position requires advanced knowledge in biological sciences, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle responsibilities including IP due diligences, patent litigations, and post-grant proceedings.

Requirements:
