Florida Attorney General's Internship Program:
- Application deadlines for Fall, Spring, and Summer terms
- Internship opportunities in various divisions, including Capital Appeals, Civil Litigation, Criminal Appeals, and more
- Unpaid internships for academic credit or through law school sponsored programs
- Minimum of 20 hours per week required
- Must be enrolled in an accredited ABA law school
- Must provide documentation of eligibility for academic credit or participation in a law school sponsored program
- Must submit an application, resume, and letter of recommendation
- Available for 1L, 2L, and 3L law students
- Security screening authorization required
- Must be a . citizen or legally authorized to work in the .
- Criminal background check may be conducted
- Must disclose any previous arrests, charges, or convictions
- Interns will not be compensated, except for Worker's Compensation benefits
- Opportunities for internships in various locations throughout Florida

- Attorney General serves as attorney for the State of Florida and member of Florida Cabinet
- Deadline for Fall term: June 30
- Deadline for Spring term: September 30

- Must rank top 3 choices for internships in order of preference
- Available divisions include Antitrust, Capital Appeals, Civil Appeals, Civil Legal Services, Civil Litigation, Criminal Appeals, Consumer Protection, Cyber Fraud Unit, Executive Staff, Medicaid Fraud Control, Solicitor General, and Statewide Prosecution
- Must provide contact information for academic advisor and indicate eligibility for academic credit or participation in a law school sponsored program
- Must provide academic background, including current law school, GPA, and expected degree date
- Must provide volunteer statement and security screening authorization
- Must disclose any previous arrests, charges, or convictions and provide details
- Must provide a statement of interest and previous legal/internship experience
- Must explain interest in Capital Appeals Division if applying for that specific internship
- Interns will not be compensated, except for Worker's Compensation benefits
