Job Overview: A law firm in West Chester, OH, is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. The ideal candidate will also have experience in renewables and possess strong academic credentials, as well as exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Assist clients in structuring and negotiating real estate agreements and contracts.
• Conduct due diligence, review title reports, and handle closings for real estate transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents, such as purchase agreements, leases, and related agreements.
• Offer advice and guidance on real estate development projects, land use, and zoning matters.
• Handle legal issues related to renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Research and stay up-to-date with real estate and renewable energy laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Strong experience in renewables is a must.
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Ohio State Bar, with the ability to practice law in Ohio.
• Excellent academic record throughout law school.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
