Duties:

• Serve in a wide variety of captivating commercial litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on commercial litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepare and argue motions, attend court hearings, and visit clients as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies for clients.
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and communication.
• Ensure efficient workflow and compliance with firm policies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Previous experience in commercial litigation or related practice areas preferred.
