A law firm in Cleveland is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney to join its Construction group. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in negotiating and drafting design and construction agreements, with a preference for familiarity with industry-standard construction and design forms. The candidate should also have experience in real estate development, large industrial capital projects, and/or construction claims resolution.

 

Duties:

  • Negotiate and draft design and construction agreements.
  • Provide legal counsel on real estate development, large industrial capital projects, and construction claims resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to construction law.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with peers and contribute to the overall success of the Construction group.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in the state of Ohio.
