A law firm is actively seeking an experienced and accomplished SFR Commercial Real Estate Partner to join its dynamic team in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate should possess a background in single-family rental experience on either the builder or fund side, with a preference for SFR experience. Significant commercial real estate (CRE) experience is also welcomed. The successful candidate must bring a portable business of $500,000 or more. Duties

  • Lead and manage legal matters related to single-family rental transactions, offering expertise on either the builder or fund side.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and trust.
  • Utilize expertise in single-family rental and commercial real estate to contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys within the real estate practice.

Requirements

  • Background in single-family rental experience on either the builder or fund side.
  • Experience in single-family rental (SFR) preferable
  • Significant commercial real estate (CRE) experience is welcomed.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
