The role of Senior Trial Attorney – PIP – Cranford, NJ (Remote/Home Based) at Allstate is a highly sought-after position with excellent opportunities for growth and development. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Insurance Defense and Tort Litigation/Disputes work and related issues/matters. You will represent insured individuals and the company in bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, Personal Injury Protection claims, subrogation cases, and Allstate Financial cases. You will prepare for and conduct hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions, as well as provide counsel to business clients on a day-to-day basis. You will also be responsible for project management, coordination, and collaboration between legal teams, as well as monitoring and reviewing new laws, regulations, and case law and providing advice and counsel to the business unit on their impact.

As a Senior Trial Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with other attorneys, paralegals, and administrative assistants under the supervision of an attorney Lead Counsel. You must be able to handle a large caseload and have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Travel may be required for this role, and you must be able to lift up to 20 pounds, sit for prolonged periods, and drive daily.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a Juris Doctorate degree and be a member in good standing of the NJ State Bar. You should also have up to seven years of Personal Injury Protection litigation experience and experience appearing before the Forthright Arbitration Forum. No Fault and/or SIU experience is a plus. You must also have computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Lexis, and the internet.

The compensation offered for this role is competitive, with a salary range of $84,, per year, based on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:
