Job Overview:

A law firm in New York City is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Energy and Infrastructure Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (.) degree, be admitted to the New York State Bar and/or . Bar, and have a solid background in . domestic renewables, including solar, wind, energy storage, and alternative fuels.

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of . renewables transactions, serving as the lead associate on projects.
• Draft and negotiate debt and tax equity documents, representing both sponsors and lenders.
• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of energy and infrastructure matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate successful deal closures.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar and/or . Bar is required.
• Proven background in renewables, with a focus on . domestic projects.
