• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in litigation matters.
• Manage a caseload efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and providing high-quality legal services.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
• 10-15 years of experience practicing law with a focus on litigation.
• Demonstrated expertise in probate, real estate, and small business litigation.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
