Duties:

• Legal Representation:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in aviation-related matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to aviation transactions, regulatory compliance, and disputes.

• Client Interaction:

  • Interact with clients to understand their aviation legal needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate legal advice and guidance.

• Legal Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research on aviation laws, regulations, and industry developments.
  • Stay abreast of changes in the aviation legal landscape.

• Transactional Support:

  • Assist in negotiating and structuring aviation transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant aviation laws and regulations.

• Dispute Resolution:

  • Handle disputes and litigation arising from aviation matters.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings.

• Case Management:

  • Manage and prioritize multiple aviation cases simultaneously.
  • Monitor case developments, deadlines, and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in aviation law practice.

• Bar Membership:

  • Member of the Florida Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
